Your kit includes prepaid, pre-addressed return packaging — no need to arrange courier pickup or find a drop box yourself in most cases.

Lab processes your sample
A certified lab partner processes your sample. Processing time varies by test panel and lab volume.

Provider reviews results
Your licensed provider reviews results in the context of your full health history — not in isolation.

Care plan updated if needed
If your results suggest a change is appropriate, your provider will discuss options with you through the app.
